Luxury Letdown: Ignored and Dismissed at Shreve Palo Alto 😤
My recent visit to Shreve Palo Alto was so disappointing, it compelled me to share this cautionary tale online. While one associate, Brandon, truly exemplified outstanding service, my initial encounter with Lisa made me feel invisible and utterly disregarded. It was an experience that felt like this: "I would give Brandon customer service 5 Stars, however Lisa is 1. Brandon greeted us when I first walked in the store. He was with the customer at the time. Lisa was available at the time but she walk right pass me like I don’t exist and helps the couple who just walk in. Finally, she ask us what we need helps with. Unfortunately, I’m not purchasing any new Rolex but need help with adjusting sizing for my rolex. She said I don’t think we had anyone to help you. I mention I have called in and spoke with one of her coworkers mention they do have someone to helps with the service I requested. They said I can just do walk in. Then, she said I would have to wait for that person then walk away. Brandon had helps us with no issue and offer water. He had make up all the best experience. I haven’t had this excellent customer service for quite long time." This glaring inconsistency prompted me to leave a review and reach out to customer service.

CS Rep: I'm truly sorry to hear that. Could you please elaborate on what happened during your visit? Customer: When I first walked in, Brandon was busy, but Lisa was available. She completely ignored me, walking past to help a couple who arrived after me. And when she finally acknowledged me, she dismissively said she didn't think anyone could help with my Rolex sizing, even though I had called ahead and confirmed it was a walk-in service. It was incredibly frustrating. CS Rep: That sounds very upsetting, and I sincerely apologize for the lack of attentiveness and the dismissive response you received. That is absolutely not the standard of service we expect from our team. We're grateful Brandon was able to assist you afterward, but the initial experience is unacceptable. Customer: I just expect to be acknowledged and treated with basic respect, whether I'm making a purchase or simply need a service. It shouldn't feel like I'm being judged or ignored. CS Rep: You are absolutely right to expect that, and I understand your frustration. I've documented your feedback, and we will address this internally to ensure all customers receive the respectful and consistent service they deserve from every team member.
