Ghosted & Ignored for 2.5 Months: My Luxury Shopping Nightmare! 😤😭
I'm writing this not just out of frustration, but as a warning. My experience trying to make a significant purchase online has been nothing short of a disaster, and I hope by sharing it, I can prevent someone else from falling into the same trap. I was prepared to spend 5 figures on a watch for my wife for Christmas, eagerly anticipating a special gift. Instead, I've been completely ghosted by the sales staff for the last 2.5 months. The staff here has been incredibly dismissive, which very clearly harms versus serves the Rolex brand. It's truly regrettable. This whole ordeal left me so upset that I felt compelled to not only leave this review but also to reach out to customer service directly to try and understand what went wrong.

Customer: I was looking to spend a significant amount, five figures, on a Christmas gift for my wife, and I've been completely ghosted by your sales staff for the last 2.5 months. They’ve been incredibly dismissive, harming the brand more than helping it. CS Rep: That sounds incredibly frustrating, especially for such an important potential purchase. I sincerely apologize that you've been left without any communication for so long. That's certainly not the experience we want our clients to have. Customer: "Frustrating" is an understatement. I just don't understand how a serious inquiry can be completely ignored. It’s regrettable. CS Rep: I completely understand your disappointment and concern, and I agree that this level of service is unacceptable. I've noted down your feedback. What I can do right now is escalate this to the store manager directly to ensure they investigate and get back to you with a personal apology and a clear path forward. Would you like me to do that?
